1.3 Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location of the content on our website.
1.4 Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
1.5 A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2. Submission of Notices
2.1 DMCA notices should be submitted to our designated copyright contact using the contact details provided on our Contact page. Incomplete notices may delay processing or be rejected.
3. Response to Notices
3.1 Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove, disable access to, or otherwise restrict access to the allegedly infringing material while we investigate the claim. We reserve the right to notify the user or contributor responsible for the content and to provide them with a copy of the complaint.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:
4.1 Your physical or electronic signature.
4.2 Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its former location.
4.3 A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4.4 Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4.5 A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant commences legal proceedings within the period prescribed by applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringers
5.1 Jewish Dispatch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, memberships, publishing privileges, advertising privileges, or access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
6. False Claims
6.1 Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright infringement notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. We encourage all parties to seek independent legal advice before submitting a claim.
7. No Legal Advice
7.1 This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Copyright disputes can involve complex legal issues, and parties should seek professional advice where appropriate.
