Corrections Policy
Corrections Policy

Jewish Dispatch is committed to accuracy, fairness, and transparency in its reporting. Despite our best efforts, errors can occasionally occur. When mistakes are identified, we aim to correct them promptly and clearly so that our readers can continue to have confidence in the information we publish.

Our Commitment to Accuracy

Accuracy is a fundamental principle of responsible journalism. Our editorial team works to verify facts, review sources, and ensure that published content meets our editorial standards. However, no publication is immune from error, and we welcome the assistance of readers, contributors, organisations, and subjects of articles in bringing potential inaccuracies to our attention.

Requesting a Correction

If you believe that an article, press release, sponsored article, or other content published by Jewish Dispatch contains a factual error, misleading statement, inaccurate quotation, incorrect attribution, or other significant inaccuracy, you may submit a correction request using our contact form.

When submitting a correction request, please include:

1. The title or URL of the content concerned.

2. A clear description of the alleged error.

3. The correct information, where known.

4. Any supporting evidence or documentation that may assist our review.

Review Process

All correction requests are reviewed by our editorial team. We may contact the requester for additional information or clarification where necessary. The decision to amend, update, clarify, annotate, or leave content unchanged will be made at the sole discretion of Jewish Dispatch based upon the evidence available.

Corrections and Updates

Where a significant factual error is confirmed, we will endeavour to correct the content as soon as reasonably practicable. Corrections may be made by updating the article, adding a correction note, publishing an editor's note, or taking other appropriate action depending upon the nature and significance of the issue.

Opinion and Commentary

Opinion articles, commentaries, and editorial pieces express the views of their respective authors. Disagreement with an opinion does not, by itself, constitute grounds for correction. However, factual inaccuracies contained within opinion content may be reviewed under this policy.

Press Releases and Sponsored Content

Press releases and sponsored articles are published on behalf of third parties. Where factual concerns are raised regarding such content, Jewish Dispatch may refer the matter to the original publisher or sponsor while conducting its own review. We reserve the right to amend, annotate, suspend, or remove such content where appropriate.

Good Faith Requests

We encourage all correction requests to be submitted in good faith and supported by evidence wherever possible. Abusive, vexatious, repetitive, or clearly unfounded requests may be rejected without further correspondence.
